Congratulations to all of our groups, solos, duos, and trios that participated in Spotlight and 5678! We're so proud of all your hard work. Thanks for a great competition season!
2011-2011 PACWEST PERFORMING COMPANY: Performing Company invitations will be sent out before recital. If you and your child would like to participate in Company, please return your signed contract, costume fund payment, and sweat suit form and payment by July 14th.

SUMMER SESSION!!!!

Summer schedules are available and registration is open! Summer classes begin Monday, July 4th and will run through August 26th.

SPRING SHOWCASE

Please pick up a spring showcase packet at the front desk for details on rehearsals, dancer check in times, and costume and make up specifications for our June 18th shows! Copies have also been sent out in email. If you did not receive a copy and would like one sent to you, please notify the front desk. TICKETS: Tickets are now on sale! Adult tickets are priced at $18 and children (ages 2-17) and senior (65+) tickets are $16; they can be purchased at the front desk. Tickets are limited to 7 tickets per family until June 10th. After the 10th, we will not guarantee large groups of tickets. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Please help us avoid any confusion the day of the show by telling your friends and family that tickets need to be purchased ahead of time and are not available at the door. PLEASE NOTE: If you have already paid for your costume but are dropping your class, costumes are non-refundable as the order was placed in January. You will keep your costume.

The Recital Show Order Available in the Lobby!

We tried very hard to make accommodations to people's requests concerning the three shows, but being in more than one class does create the possibility of being in more than one of the shows. Please take a look at the Show Order List when you're in the lobby and check to make sure your child(ren)'s information is correct. If there are any errors please let the front desk know.

Stacey Lord is our new administrative assistant at the front desk! She grew up dancing and is excited to get back into the world she grew up in and loves! Please welcome her to our the PacWest family!

Rehearsal CDs for Spring Showcase

Rehearsal CD's can be requested at the Front Desk! Please see our sign-up sheet, and we will attempt to deliver any requested CDs as quickly as possible. CDs are $2 per disk.

Zumbatomic on Saturdays at 10:00 am!

Are you looking for a dance class that includes high-energy, family-friendly routines specially choreographed with hip hop, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, and more? Students of all ages will boost their metabolism and enhance their coordination, all while having a great time. Can't come in every Saturday? That's fine, purchase one of our Zumbatomic Punch Cards!

Additional Classes to make up for adverse weather

Due to the inclement we've had this dance season, we are adding additional classes to the end of the dance season to make up for snow days. The final week of classes is June 27th - July 2nd.

Bellydance Classes

We are currently accepting pro-rated registration for Session 5 of bellydance!

PacWest is now booking birthday parties!

Have your birthday party with us here at the studio! Choose from a ballerina, princess, cheerleader, pop diva or hip hop themed party. We provide balloons, tables, chairs, table cloth, paper plates, forks, cups, tutus, pom-pons, and instruction by a professional dance instructor. Book your party with us today!

Winter & Performing Company 2011 Showcase!

DVDs for the Winter and Company Showcase 2011 are still available at the front desk. Each DVD is $30 when sold individually. If you purchase both the Winter and Company Showcase DVD's they're on sale for $50.

ATTENDANCE

Attendance is a vital part of your student’s progress. Absences also affect your student’s classmates and thus should be avoided if possible. If an absence does occur, please contact the front desk via email or phone to let us know of the impending absence. Tuition is not prorated for absences.

PARKING LOT SAFETY AND NEIGHBOR COURTESY

Please be courteous to those businesses around us and park in the lost wisely. We advise not parking directly in front of the other businesses to allow their customers to come and go freely. We realize this is difficult as our lot gets very busy during peak studio hours, so please take advantage of the lower parking lot in the rear of the building. In addition, PLEASE do not let children run freely and unattended in the parking lots or on the walkway in front of the studio. This is very disrespectful to our neighboring businesses.

NEED TO CHANGE/SWITCH/ADD OR DROP A CLASS??

Stop by the front desk to complete an add/drop/change form. This form must be completed to participate in a class other than what you originally signed up for. Adversely, students who wish to discontinue classes with PacWest must do so in writing at least 10 days prior to the end of the month to avoid being billed for the next month.

TUITION PAYMENTS

We'd like to remind everyone that tuition for each month is due on the 1st of that month. Tuition fees not paid by the 10th of each month will incur a $20 late fee on your account, so please be prompt with your payments! You can also avoid Late Fees by signing up for our automatic payment plan, which will directly charge a Debit or Credit card on file on the 1st of each month, for that month's tuition. Forms to participate in this plan are available at the PacWest front desk. Remember that there is also a 5% discount available if you pay for 3 months tuition in full.
If paying your tuition with a check please remember to include the student's name(s) on the check to ensure accurate billing!

LOST & FOUND

Please check the Lost & Found on occasion, even if you believe you have not left anything behind in our lobby or changing areas. Especially check on your last class of each month, as the contents of our Lost & Found bucket will be donated to Goodwill every 2 to 3 months. Studio policy states that PacWest cannot be held liable for items lost or stolen from our lobby and changing areas.
